AGENDA
A. Introductions
1. New Business
1.1 Findings on Mobility-as-a-Service and Call Center Research by Taylor Leigh Nguyen and Travor Lee Bischoff, MBA Candidates, Class of 2021, Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell SC Johnson College of Business
Introduction by Dwight Mengel, Chief Transportation Planner, Tompkins County DSS:
In 2020, Taylor Nguyen & Travor Bischoff, Cornell MBA students, notified me that they were available to research topics relating to Tompkins County's Mobility-as-a-Service Project. I suggested they investigate call-center operations, using local call-centers such as the Center for Community Transportation (Ithaca Carshare) call center, the GetThere Call Center (Bill Wagner) and other services. This is a presentation of their findings and recommendations.
Since we all create online presentations, I am always looking out for new presentation styles and graphics. Taylor & Travor use styles from the MBA program, which are effective, efficient and attractive. I intend to use these graphics in the future. They alone are worth the price of admission.
