A Transportation to Medical Services Work Group is forming. It's first meeting is October 29 10-11:30 am, at FLIC.
We created an initial list of prospective participants, in addition to agencies active in Coordinated Planning, to invite to address this issue:
Human Services Coalition
Health Planning Council
County Department of Social Services
County Department of Mental Health
Alcohol & Drug Council of Tompkins County
Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services
Cancer Resource Center
American Cancer Society
Furthermore, we would invite transportation providers:
Bangs Ambulance
TCAT
Fish
GADABOUT
Ithaca Dispatch, and other providers included on the Way2Go site.
