HOW TO PROPOSE A SESSION @ TransportationCamp

Picture
At TransportationCamp, participants propose program sessions and a small team creates the schedule. The images above shows how Tcamps work.

1) People describe their session ideas on large post-it notes and stick them on the wall. People proposing a session are responsible to attend and lead the session.
2) A small team selects sessions and moved them to the schedule, a large grid posted on the wall.
There will be concurrent sessions for each time period.
3) People look over the concurrent sessions, decide which interests them and go to the appropriate room. There will be concurrent sessions for each time period. You are free to move from session to session, as you wish.

You can submit proposals early or at
T-Camp. Early is better.

Early: Send in proposals by 10:00 PM EDT, Thursday, Oct 15, 2020.

At T-Camp deadline is 9:00 AM EDT,
Friday, Oct 16, 2020.
