It is clear to me we need collective access to marketing materials to aid agencies' marketing work.
Further, we briefly discussed using 211 (or 511) to be a one-stop call center for transportation information. The purpose is not to just refer people to agencies but to answer peoples' questions about services. This will be a subject of a future meeting.
We discussed community based social marketing in communities, to use people from the community to contact and convey information to their neighbors.
