Why read Ad Age as a mobility manager? Ad Age's "Stat of the Day" is one good reason. Where else would you learn about the decline of American household earning power over the last decade? Check out the map and look at New York State. There's a lot of red there and red is not good. Also, Ad Age has a year long project to examine the shrinking middle class. Since, this market includes our customers, it is valuable to read a marketing industry perspective on the changing demographics. The customer base for community mobility services is growing. The more we know about the changing markets, the more informed our work will be. That's the theory anyway.
